01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and 1jl55 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the 1jl55 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting, promotions, customer support services, and payment processing features available at https://1jl55.cam.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) 1jl55 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 1jl55 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any related balances upon discovery.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jl55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted under your account credentials will be attributed to you and subject to these Terms. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 1jl55 support immediately. 1jl55 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have not taken reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and must promptly update this information if it changes. 1jl55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain inaccurate or misleading information.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

1jl55 supports a range of Philippine-centric payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash deposits, USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• 1jl55 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 1jl55 targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of request approval during standard operating conditions; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 1jl55 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be approved for accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC).

05 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 1jl55 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jl55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, system downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized account access.

1jl55's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability that cannot be legally excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Account Termination

1jl55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in particular where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity is detected;
• Required identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable time;
• Account activity is inconsistent with normal player behavior in a manner suggesting abuse or exploitation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 1jl55 customer support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
